Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Group CFO
  • Prepare monthly consolidated financial and management reports
  • Responsible for budgeting, cash flow forecasting, costing and productivity analysis
  • Oversee full spectrum of financial and management reporting function of overseas subsidiaries
  • Develop and manage internal control process
  • Ensure subsidiaries complied with policies and procedures set by headquarter
  • Responsible for local statutory audit and tax filing
  • Support the management by preparing regular and ad-hoc analysis and reporting for decision making

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting or Finance and holder of HKICPA or equivalent professional accountancy qualification
  • Big 4 experience with minimum 5 years accounting experience in manufacturing industries and factory management is preferable
  • Familiar with the operation of accounting software is an advantage
  • Strong computer literacy and spreadsheet application
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP system
  • Well-organized, detail-minded, result-oriented
  • Analytical, numerical sensitive, able to meet deadlines
  • Good command of written and spoken English, and (or) Putonghua
  • Immediate available preferred

 

 


Assistant EHS and Security Manager

Responsibilities:

  • External Professional Duties
    • Assist and organize the preparation of environmental, safety and security audits (2nd parties and 3rd parties)
    • Act as a consultant for local and international environmental and safety legal compliance issues, including inquiries from internal departments and clients
    • Apply, renew and maintain environmental licenses
  • Internal System Development and Optimization
    • Implement and optimize the integrated management system (certified in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 & R2), including
      • Execute quality, environmental, safety and security working instructions, inspections and emergency drills
      • Monitor, analyze and assist in the improvement programs of sustainability performance indicators, including resources usage, air, noise and carbon emissions, waste disposal etc.
      • Coordinate and conduct ISO, environmental, safety and security trainings
      • Implement Downstream Vendor Management Plan, and assist in the optimization of the plan
    • Implement and optimize the security operations, including inspect, monitor and review CCTV and burglar alarm system

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Environmental science or the equivalent
  • 4-6 years relevant experience in certification audits against ISO14001, ISO45001 and/or ISO9001 standards
  • Experience in electronics or waste industries is highly preferred
  • Experience in security management is an advantage
  • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Good command of Microsoft Office
  • Good command of both spoken & written English
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior EHSS Officer

 

 


EHS Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Lead safety, environmental and security strategy development in warehouse and office to ensure that company has safe and secure warehousing and environmental friendly workplace;
  • Implement and develop IMS - ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 in warehouses and offices Management Representative (MR)
  • Provide leadership, oversight, & support for EHS & security issues;
  • Ensure new EHS applicable laws, regulations, and other requirements in the industry and pass the knowledge to the organization;
  • Monitor EHS and Security performance and prepare metrics report regarding EHS and security issues;
  • Coordinate internal & external audit for environmental management system, safety system, security system and corporate social responsibility management system;
  • Provide consulting for the organization about EHS analysis and security trend;
  • Develop & implement ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 required documents and training courses;
  • Develop and Implement security system in warehouse based on TAPA FSR requirements;
  • Initiate different energy saving project and safety enhancement project in warehouse and office;
  • Conduct internal warehouse audit and communicate with Police Department, Building Department, Labor Department and Environmental Protection Department for safety, security and environmental issues in warehouses.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Environment, Health & Safety, or the equivalent;
  • Minimum 5 years related experience;
  • Familiar with Process Improvement knowledge including ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001;
  • Track record of improvement for EHS policies;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, independent;
  • Good sense of responsibility and services;
  • Good command of both spoken & written English
  • Prefer localized citizen

 

 


Manager - Finance, HR & Admin

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office operations and procedures; administration support; controlling correspondence; reviewing supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions
  • Liaising with suppliers / vendor, handled with office equipment procurement,
  • Perform HR duties such as recruitment, payroll, tax, leave record, etc
  • Responsible for routine accounting duties
  • Assist in financial report evaluations
  • Monitor and record expenses properly, ensure transactions and arrange payments in various forms.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance or related discipline;
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experiences;
  • Well-versed in Netherlands Employment Ordinance and related regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail-minded self-motivated, independent;
  • Good sense of responsibility and services;
  • Good command of both spoken & written Engli
  • Good command of spoken mandarin and written Chinese will be an advantage

 

 


Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage daily operation of production & warehouse management
  • Production of quality finished goods to meet customer demand
  • Implement production systems and procedure
  • Responsible for production capacity analysis, optimization to ensure production quality standard & material control
  • Supervision and organize production team and warehouse for continuous quality and efficiency improvement
  • Planning of production line management & maintaining stock distribution
  • Evaluate capacity analysis for existing processes for forecast and budget scenarios
  • Ensure safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Degree holder of supply chain, logistics, operation management, business development or relevant disciplines,
  • At least 8 years experiences as production manager or similar working experience
  • Experience from supply chain management / warehouse management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, independent
  • Excellent command of both written and verbal English
  • Good command of spoken mandarin and written Chinese will be an advantage

 

 


Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new markets and maintain existing business partnerships with corporate clients across industries;
  • Expanding and approaching potential clients / customers;
  • Drive business market by create long term business development and relationship for Netherlands Region;
  • Collecting, analyzing and evaluating market information on overall business situation;
  • Coordinate business programs with clients and internal project teams;
  • Business analysis of inventory analysis, Computer IT Equipment Downstream analysis, pricing analysis

Requirements:

  • University graduate on Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant disciplines
  • At least 9 years experiences in business development, product development, marketing or relevant functions
  • Good understanding on latest developments in internet and technologies market
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills is a must,
  • Self-motivated, positive, mature and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent command of both written and verbal English

Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
